We’ve said goodbye to plastic and hello to our new, user-friendly Turtle Jack’s loyalty app. The new and improved program features more benefits for our valued members than ever before and you don’t need to worry about having an extra card in your wallet. Your account balance and details will be transferred over to the app once you download it and enter your existing card number and/or email address associated with your account.

Our Turtle Jack’s app is available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Both Android and Apple users can search Turtle Jack’s in their store and download it directly onto their mobile device. Here are the links:

Desktop web-based version
- Download the app or visit the web-based version. Click Yes when you are asked if you are an existing member. Enter your existing TLC card number and / or the email address associated with your account. Enter the rest of the information (name, birthday, new password) and your points will automatically transfer over to the app so you’re ready to continue earning and redeeming.
- If you do not know the email address associated with your account, enter your current email address and TLC card number
- If you do not know your TLC card number, enter the email address associated with your loyalty account
- If you do not know your TLC card number or the email address associated with your existing account, please email tlc@turtlejacks.com for assistance.
- Earning points is easier than ever! Once you’ve paid your check, open your app, click Earn, and choose whether you’d like to scan the barcode or manually enter the 13-digit barcode number. Your points will be added instantly and these changes will reflect on your transaction history and reward screen.
- Note: You must pay your check before you can earn points. You cannot earn on the same receipt more than once.
- When you become a Turtle Jack’s Loyalty Club member, every time you dine you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend (before taxes and gratuity). The minimum redemption amount that you can use towards your meal at any Turtle Jack’s location is 100 points which is the equivalent of $5 off.
- When you create a new account, you will be gifted a $10 sign up bonus to use during your next visit (must be within 1 month of account activation).
- Receive exclusive member offers such as a free birthday dessert, buy 3, get the 4th free kid’s meal, a $5 referral bonus when you invite a friend using your in-app code, exclusive offers on features, and more!
- Note: Members receive the $5 referral bonus when their code is used for a new member’s sign up, and the new member earns points at a Turtle Jack’s for the first time.

- The minimum redemption is 100 points which is the equivalent of $5. Go to your rewards screen on your app and click redeem. A redemption code will be generated. Tell your server your redemption code and they will give you a new with the adjusted balance. You may redeem all or some of your points at any Turtle Jack’s location.
- Note: Redemption codes expire within 4 hours. Be sure to only click redeem when you are in the restaurant or just before your visit. If a redemption code is not used, the offer will return to your rewards screen.
A Point balance is the current total number of points accumulated in your account. Point Value is the cash value of those points. The minimum redemption amount is 100 points or $5.
Members must be 16 years of age or older.
You can earn points on all purchases (dine in or take-out), including alcohol.
Unfortunately, we are not able to give you points for orders placed through third-party systems such as Skip the Dishes or UberEATS; however, you can earn points on take-out orders placed directly with a Turtle Jack’s location. Just be sure to scan your receipt after you’ve paid.
Your points do not have an expiration date. However, if a member does not earn of redeem any points or conduct any account transactions in 12 consecutive months, their balance will be reset to zero.
To check your account information, log in to your account through the Turtle Jack’s app using the email address and password you created. Members can view their account information, current point balance, available offers, messages, location details, and more by using the navigation toolbar at the bottom of the screen. No, you can only earn points on your own check. All TLC accounts are limited to 2 scans per day.
Yes, as long as the receipt has not been scanned you may scan receipts dating back within one month in time.
