Strawberry Basil Breeze

Cocktail Ingredients (1 serving):

1.5oz Tanqueray® Rangpur Gin
0.5oz Lime Juice
1oz Agave Syrup
1oz Pineapple Juice
2 Strawberries
3 Basil Leaves
Served in a Large Rocks Glass 

A 2018 Winner back again for another year.  This new Turtle Jack’s favourite is perfect for the summer with a citrus back note from the Rangpur Gin and lime juice, sweetened with pineapple juice and agave syrup. Shaken with fresh strawberries and basil leaves, the perfect refreshment on a hot summer day.

Paloma

Cocktail Ingredients (1 serving):

1floz Don Julio®
0.5oz Agave Syrup
2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5oz Lime Juice
1oz Soda Water 
0.02 Kosher Salt 
1/4 Grapefruit Wheel 
1 Lime Wheel 
Served in a Rocks Glass 

New to the menu for 2019, this classic cocktail gets a Turtle Jack’s twist with our freshly squeezed grapefruit and lime juices. If you’re a tequila lover this cocktail is a must try. 1/2 the glass is rimmed with Kosher salt and this cocktail is shaken to combine and then topped with soda water. Bet ya can’t drink just 1.

Blueberry Bliss

Cocktail Ingredients (1 serving):

4 Mint Leaves
0.5oz Peach Schnaps
1oz Smirnoff® Blue
0.25oz Ginger Syrup
6 Blueberries
1oz Soda Water
3oz Sweet n’ Sour
Served in a Large Rocks Glass

The winner of our 2018 Battle of the Cocktail competition, Tenysha and Vishal from our Airport Road location had been making this cocktail for their regulars when asked to come up with something off the menu!  It won them our Battle of the Cocktails and a food and beverage trip to Montreal. Blueberries, mint, peach, lime… what’s not to love about this sweet summer sipper.

Sunshine Sour

Cocktail Ingredients (1 serving):

1oz Bulleit® Bourbon
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Agave Syrup
1.5oz Orange Juice
Served in a Rocks Glass

The summer cocktail for the bourbon drinker! Light and easy drinking. Bulleit® bourbon is paired with orange and lemon juices and sweetened with agave for the perfect summer cocktail. Switch it up for the summer from an Old Fashion or a Rye and Ginger and give the Sunshine Sour a try!

Beachside Blossom

Cocktail Ingredients (1 serving):

1.5oz Ketel One® Peach and Orange Blossom 
0.5oz Turtle Jack’s® Honey Syrup 
1oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 
2oz Orange Juice 
1/2 Orange Wheel 
Served in a Wine Glass
Ketel One® has come out with a new category in the Liquor Industry called Botanicals. Distilled like Gin, this new product has no added sugar, no extra calories and is gluten-free. Win win win! We’ve paired the Peach and Orange Blossom with our house made honey syrup to add sweetness and freshly squeezed lemon juice and orange juice to balance it out. Served in a wine glass with 2 1/2 wheels of orange. This is a party pleaser.  

Port Carling Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients (1 serving):

1oz Ketel One® Cucumber Mint 
0.5oz Blue Curaco 
0.5oz Turtle Jack’s® Ginger Syrup 
0.75oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice 
1oz Pear Juice 
1oz Sprite 
2 Cucumber Wheels 
1 Mint Sprig 
Served in a Wine Glass
Named after our Flagship location in Port Carling Muskoka, this is another cocktail made with the Ketel One® botanicals, this time Cucumber Mint. Again gluten-free, no extra calories or added sugar, you won’t believe how real this liquid tastes. We’ve added Blue Curaco which provides amazing colour and sweetness, our house-made ginger syrup. Freshly squeezed lime juice and pear juice are all shaken to combine the flavours. Pour into a wine glass, top with sprite and add some fresh cucumber wheels and a mint sprig and you’ve got a delicious, vibrant beautiful cocktail.
